Status Card 📺

When using EasyVFR for navigation during flight, it's important to stay up-to-date and have your app fully configured. That's where the status card comes in, located in the bottom right of your screen. It gives you a quick and easy way to see if everything is okay and if any action is required.

Status Legend

The status dot and card legend use symbols to let you know the status of your app and information at a glance. A green checkmark means everything is good to go, a yellow circle means some action is recommended, and a red exclamation mark means action is required.

Status card

When you open the status card, you'll get an overview of all the important information related to your flight and its status.

Data card

The data tab, located at the top of the status card, tells you if your downloaded content is up-to-date. If something is outdated, simply tap on it to download the latest update. And don't forget to enable automatic updates to keep everything fresh and current.

Position card

The position tab gives you quick access to GPS settings, where you can change the GPS source and set position updates.

AGL Calibration

In the main status card menu, you'll also see the Above Ground Level calibration status if applicable.

Internet Connectivity

You'll also be able to check your internet connectivity status, so you'll never be caught off guard.

Battery Status

And last but not least, you can check the battery status of your device, so you'll know when it's time to charge up.
