How to Whitelist emails?

What should help to improve the reception of emails, is to whitelist the domain name of the sender. Our emails are sent from the domain names pocktfms.com and easyvfr4.aero. If you whitelist both domains in your inbox settings you should receive the emails again.

Where to find the whitelist settings of my email provider?

To help you find the whitelist settings of your email provider we listed links to the instructions of the most used inboxes.

GMX

Is it possible that our emails ended up in your spam folder? GMX sometimes recognizes frequently send emails as spam. Especially when its opinion is that the receiver is not enough interacting with it. You can whitelist our domain names in your GMX settings to prevent this in the future.

  • pocketfms.com
  • easyvfr4.aero

Hotmail

The Hotmail firewall can be quite strict, it can even entirely block emails without placing them in the spam folder. I am afraid that this is the case here. If you add our domain name pocketfms.com to your Hotmail whitelist you should receive our emails again.
